Our client is seeking a Project Assistant on a temp basis for 3 months- £21-£22 per hour; covering sickness  Who will you be working for? Our Client is a Healthcare membership body -  Providing leadership, setting professional standards, and facilitating Research.  Located by London Bridge- Hybrid working  Purpose of the role: To provide project management support and administration for the directorate of professional development and innovation which includes the following sub teams: Professional guidance Learning Research and outcomes  Key responsibilities: Plan and manage own administrative and project support tasks, providing support to several staff simultaneously. Draft, organise and maintain project information, including project plans and stakeholder/research databases. Support the engagement of members and other stakeholders in the work of the Professional Development team, e.g. undertaking stakeholder mapping exercises, development of communication materials and distribution of information, surveys and consultations. Secure and organise meetings, arrange travel, draft agendas and meeting papers, take notes, produce minutes of meetings and follow-up with members of the team and stakeholders to ensure actions are completed and project timelines are on track. Support the development of attractively presented materials for meetings and events e.g. PowerPoint presentations, project reports and handouts. Research and gather information to support projects and other work across the team. Support the formatting and proof-reading of documents for publication. Support the Professional Development team with financial tasks e.g. invoicing, payment order forms, and expense requests. Coordinate and draft RCSLT responses to external consultations and endorsement requests. Coordinate the administration, collection of data for reports and promotion of RCSLT CPD grants and awards. Contributing to team plans as appropriate. Other appropriate duties as required
