Part Time 21 hours; Admin Assistant with Minutes\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a Part Time; Admin Assistant with Minutes to start immediately on a rolling temporary contract. The role is located in Aldgate East; and is Hybrid, working on a full-time basis and is paying a competitive £18/20 per hour.\\n\\nThe role is 21 hours a week \\n\\nWHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?\\nOur client is an established non-profit organisation. \\n  \\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\\n \\nSecretariat services as required for committee or business meetings (requires minute taking experience and skills) \\nPlanning and administration of Committee meetings \\ndissemination of information to the committee membership \\nCollating information provided by committee members for example, in response to a consultation, and communicating this to others \\nProvide the necessary administrative support for committee processes including upcoming elections for chairs, committee support, documentation and communication to stakeholders \\nDeliver range of work outlined by postholder including administrative processes for College medal awards, website updates, CRM database updates \\nad hoc cover in the event of absence in the Committee administration team.
