International Enrolment Officer needed in Manchester location. This role starts asap and is Β£15.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Provide a first-class level of customer service to our University Students via phone and email Respond to queries promptly and professionally and provide information, support and advice on non-academic queries Proactively offer on-going support to our students as they progress through the programme, including pre-registration Maintain accurate records and information for students cases, progress and resolutions. Make suggestions for improvements to the service offered by the University Service team, and work on the implementation of changes where required Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for job Experience in managing high inbound and outbound phone activities Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills Able to achieve goals and deadlines as set by the business Confidence in dealing with difficult or sensitive situations Good understanding of the Higher Education environment
