Exams Administrator   Our client is seeking a Exams Administrator on a temp basis. to start with immediate effect- for a good few weeks covering staff sickness  – Full time 35 hours a week; Hybrid working – Euston.  £16-17 an hour  Who will you be working for? A distinguished academic institution in the health sector who focus on offering training, research opportunities and advice to their members in the United Kingdom. This institution is passionate about maintaining the standards of healthcare provision in the U.K The role would involve assisting the Deputy Head of Examinations in all administrative aspects of exams: Helping with compiling and printing exams materials in the lead up to exams Overseeing the proof reading of exams questions by examiners Dealing with refunds Processing exams applications Answering emails Compiling qualification verification letters Maintaining and updating databases Confirming hotel and catering requirements with exam venues and examiners About you Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders e.g. doctors and suppliers. Good organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and meets deadlines in an accurate manner Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, including word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
