TITLE Estimator (Hybrid) £40-45K INTRODUCTION Our client is a long-established and leading brand manufacturer in the modular building, accommodation and storage market. As part of continued growth across the head office team, they now require an experienced Estimator to join the commercial team. LOCATION North West HQ – commutable from Liverpool, Merseyside, Birkenhead, Bootle, Chester, Runcorn, Warrington, Kirkby, Prescot, St Helens, Newton-le-Willows, Wigan, Southport, Formby, Skelmersdale, or close (Hybrid role / Office-based 4 days per week / 1 day from home) THE JOB ROLE The Estimator role forms a key part of our client’s supply chain and sales process, providing accurate assessment of materials, time and costs for new projects. Engaging with sales and commercial teams to understand new project requirements Providing insight, feedback and recommendations on possible solutions Delivering accurate timeframes and costings on new contracts and projects (values from £25K up to ongoing contacts worth £5m+) Customer engagement to support efficiencies and strong conversion rates Collaborating with experienced colleagues to deliver KPIs *This role offers excellent opportunities for personal career development* THE PERSON NEEDED For the Estimator role, our client is looking for prior experience in a comparable role, along with core personal values: Previous experience working in a professional team as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role A positive, constructive and results-orientated approach Commercial acumen and business awareness A career focus and drive for new challenges and personal development THE REWARDS £40-45K Basic Contributory pension scheme, healthcare package, insurances, 25 days leave (+b/h) IF YOU MEET THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – PLEASE APPLY NOW!
