Working at a busy exam centre in Leicester city centre, a short walk from the train station. The centre is open three days per week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday They are looking for a steward to join them on a casual contract to help out on an ad-hoc and casual basis over the next few months This would suit a student who is available 2-3 days per week ideally Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday. Full training will be given You will be working as a Steward and duties will involve: Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam Escorting them through the exam centre Ensuring they arrive at designated exam room at the right time Adhering to social distancing at all times About you experienced in a customer service roles such as hospitality or retail have excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people excellent time management skills ability to interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds comfortable working in a face to face customer environment could suit a student or freelance worker Typical shift time is 9:15am – 4pm Rate of pay is £12.60 per hour
