Our client is a leading manufacturer in the bathroom and KBB sector, with an enviable broad range of mid- to high-end products. As part of impressive consistent growth over the last 2 years, they are now looking to add a further field sales professional to their team.
Location: South / central field sales area – Oxford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Abingdon, Didcot, Reading, Newbury, Slough, Watford, Bracknell, Kingston, Epsom, Guildford, Basingstoke, Brighton, Southampton, Portsmouth (and some surrounding regions).
The Job Role: The Area Sales Manager role is a remote field sales position taking responsibility for growing business within retail showrooms. The role entails:
- Defending and growing existing relationships across the area and identifying new target showroom accounts to engage with.
- Building consultative partnerships that offer real breadth of products stocked across the range.
- Supporting customers when upgrading and establishing new displays.
- Providing customer and market feedback to refine and improve the UK sales approach.
The Person Needed: For the Area Sales Manager role our client is looking for some prior relevant experience selling KBB products (kitchen, bedrooms or bathrooms):
- A background representing a supplier of bathrooms, bathroom furniture, showers, taps, brassware, shower trays, or similar.
- Prior experience selling into retail showrooms or merchants across the region.
- Finally, a positive and dynamic approach to winning and growing customer relationships.
The Rewards: 50-55K Basic +10-12K OTE (commission paid monthly), high spec electric vehicle, pension scheme, expenses card, 25-27 days holiday + BH.
