Job Description
- Every Sat & Sun, 8am – 4:30pm
- Central Manchcester
- ASAP and ongoing
Working at a busy exam centre in central Manchester, easily accessible on public transport This would suit somebody with exceptional customer service skills gained within hospitality or retail or education. The centre operates 7 days a week and you will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday to cover the busy reception desk. We need you to start in early November and commit on an ongoing basis.Â
- Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam
- Announcing arrivals to colleagues
- Providing exemplary customer service experienceÂ
About you

- experienced in a reception role or customer facing such as retail or hospitality
- have excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of peopleÂ

This would not suit somebody who already works Mon-Fri as we need full commitment on an ongoing basis. This would suit somebody who is only available for work at weekends or who specifically wants to work on a part time basis to fit in with childcare/studies/freelance work
