Job Description
- Busy exam board with centres in various locations in London
- Shifts available 7 days a week (all day time hours)
- ongoing casual work booked on ad-hoc basis
We need casual exam stewards for various locations in central London and CroydonThis work is available 7 days a week, all year round. Standard working hours are 8:15am – 4:30pm and sometimes there are half day shifts available too This could suit a student with part time availability or somebody who needs flexible and casual work. Would also suit somebody who is looking for weekend work! Duties to involve:Â
- Looking after exam candidates on a face to face basis.Â
- Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam
- Ensuring all regulations are adhered to
- Carrying out security checksÂ
- Escorting them through the exam centre
- Ensuring they arrive at designated exam room at the right time
About you
- Experienced in a customer service roles such as hospitality or retail
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of peopleÂ
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible with availabilityÂ
- Able to interact with people from a wide range of backgroundsÂ
- Comfortable working in a face to face customer environmentÂ
- Happy being on your feet in a busy and fast paced role
The rate of pay is £13.85 per hour
