Main Purpose of the Job
Lead the planning and delivery of data-driven initiatives across the organisation. Support and improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting processes. Support the IT team to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Main Duties
- Support the delivery of data initiatives, including reporting, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Coordinate work across teams, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical staff
- Translate business needs into clear data and system requirements
- Provide day-to-day IT support across office and warehouse teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Work with MSSQL data sources
- Help automate business reporting and improve data quality
- Collaborate with the Head of IT to gain understanding of existing systems and infrastructure
- Actively engage in training and knowledge transfer with the Head of IT on in-house systems development and management, existing data structures and workflows, and hardware and infrastructure used within the organisation
- Develop a strong understanding of both software and hardware environments to support ongoing projects and future improvements

- Support and improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting processes and provide holiday cover and additional support to Head of IT.

Essential
- IT support experience (1st/2nd line)
- Strong MSSQL Server and Power BI skills
- Confident working with users and stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and develop understanding of technical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to data tools (e.g., Excel, MSSQL, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Interest in developing broader technical knowledge
