Litigation Paralegal

Job Description: Litigation Paralegal at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices across all 50 States, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Marlton, NJ office. Candidates should have at least 5 years of litigation experience, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and familiarity with New Jersey and Federal civil procedure rules.

Responsibilities include:

1. Client contact and communication
2. Document review and production
3. Drafting and responding to discovery requests
4. Indexing and exhibit preparation
5. Investigation and research

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• ABA-approved Paralegal certificate (a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of trial and litigation support experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF software, and other legal tools; experience with iManage, Chromeriver, and QuickCreate is a plus
