Restaurant Team Leader

• Train staff on the food and drinks menu as well as the order of service.
• Develop and implement effective seating plans, adjusting as necessary during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and senior management throughout the service.
• Manage customer notes, including birthdays, allergies, and special requests, ensuring they are communicated and addressed.
• Maintain high standards of service and ensure all front-of-house staff adhere to these standards, providing exceptional customer care from arrival to departure.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment throughout the shift.
• Conduct closing duties efficiently.

Experience: Required
