Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay at the iconic Savoy Hotel. The Savoy Grill has a rich history and offers classic dishes including Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington and Rum Baba, flambéed at the table for a little bit of dining drama.
Responsibilities
- You will run the pastry section, preparing, baking and presenting high quality desserts with creative flair, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out of your section while ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences.
 - Lead, train and develop junior team members and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
 - Eager to learn and develop your career as a Pastry Chef.
 - Use baking, organisational and time management skills, creativity, and passion for exciting and innovative dishes to ensure the highest standards are constantly achieved.
