We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our brilliant Digital Team at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, based at our Support Office in London. You will work closely with the wider digital team to support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, while developing hands‐on experience across multiple performance channels. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the day‐to‐day execution of performance marketing activity across channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates and programmatic.
  • Assist with setting up campaigns, uploading assets, updating copy and monitoring performance.
  • Help compile regular performance reports and dashboards, learning how to analyse results and identify trends.
  • Support campaign testing and optimisation activity to improve performance and guest journeys.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to help deliver campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Learn best practices in performance marketing, data analysis and digital optimisation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or e‐commerce.
  • A degree in marketing, business, data, communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Some exposure to digital marketing through internships, placements, online courses, certifications or personal projects is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social or SEO (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, with a willingness to learn how to analyse performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‐paced setting.
