Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a committed and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon. Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is an Asian Eating House and late night lounge inspired by Tokyo\’s 1930s Kissas and Shanghai\’s drinking dens. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the center of the table.
Responsibilities
- You will be expected to provide support to the Chefs during service.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and take instruction; these are essential to be successful in this role.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistency and a smooth running operation, as well as good organisational skills.
