Gordon Ramsay Restaurants are now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work across both digital and print design projects, from engaging motion and static assets for paid social, email, and digital campaigns to beautifully designed collateral for our culinary and brand teams, including recipe books and brochures.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Design & Motion Graphics
- Design and produce high-quality static and motion assets for paid social, email, website, and digital screens.
- Edit and optimise short-form videos and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all assets are visually consistent and optimised for each platform and audience.
Brand
- Support the culinary and marketing teams with offline projects such as recipe books, brochures, menus, and event materials.
- Prepare and deliver artwork for print production to required specifications and deadlines.
- Uphold and evolve the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output aligns with our tone and visual identity.
- Contribute creative ideas and design thinking to help elevate campaigns and digital storytelling.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and wider Marketing team to deliver assets that support campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple design requests efficiently, maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency across projects.
- Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions to continually refine and improve design quality.
Innovation & Learning
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media creative best practices, and emerging tools in motion design.
- Proactively learn from senior team members and take initiative to develop your creative and technical skills.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic or digital design role, ideally within a marketing or creative environment.
- Passion for restaurants, food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding or familiarity with Figma preferred.
- Experience producing assets for paid social, email, and web.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and communicative, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communications.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Interest in photography, video editing, or content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
