We are now looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.
Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and is Europe\’s tallest restaurant, offering Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi, and sashimi, all crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Located on level 60, Lucky Cat provides breathtaking views across the city.
What you do as a Demi Chef de Partie:
- Prepare and cook fresh seasonal ingredients while managing your section effectively.
- Eager to learn from your seniors and peers, striving to develop your cooking skills and progress as a chef.
- Work well as part of a team and build rapport with colleagues.
- Support and share knowledge with junior team members.
- Use your creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and passion for food to maintain high standards.
