An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team as a Delivery Trade Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global. The Delivery Trade Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising our third-party delivery platforms, driving revenue growth and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across multiple markets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Delivery Platform Management: Manage platforms including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Supper. Ensure menus, pricing, imagery and promotions are accurate and up to date. Conduct regular audits and implement improvements. Set up and manage promotional activity.
- Performance & Growth: Monitor performance and track key KPIs such as sales and visibility. Identify opportunities to drive revenue, improve margins and increase prominence. Use data and insights to optimise performance across regions. Build strong relationships with delivery partners to unlock commercial opportunities. Work closely with operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to align delivery with wider campaigns.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience working with delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo or similar).
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
- Confident working with data and KPIs.
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail.
Experience:
- Experience managing delivery platforms or working closely with them.
- Proven experience working with operations teams.
- Track record of building external partnerships.
- Experience driving delivery performance and optimising KPIs.
- Exposure to multi-region markets (UK & US desirable).
