Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor/QS * Location: East Yorkshire * Salary: Negotiable depending on experience plus package * Permanent role * Housing Gordon Leak Associates are working with a well-established and highly reputable and company who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or QS to join their team due to growth. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate at a senior level however my client will also consider a candidate with less experience. Housing experience is preferred but not essential Details * Tendering/Negotiation/Appointment/Management of all necessary external consultants, project managers and subcontractors including agreeing fees, prices, interim payments, variations, and final accounts. * Procuring all materials, site preliminaries, plant/equipment hire. * Managing a small team of site-based Quantity Surveyors and implementing full cost control system * Full budgeting and cost control on a variety of new build and conversion developments. * Implementing and modifying our cost control system across all sites * Programming of developments * Cost reporting and cash flow forecasting.
