Gordon Hoffman Solicitors is a growing UK legal and financial claims business focused on fraud and APP scam claims. We are looking for a technically minded systems and automation specialist to help us build and manage modern operational workflows across CRM, AI tools, analytics and automation systems. This is a hands-on role working closely with management to improve internal systems, automate processes and support future AI-assisted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve HubSpot CRM systems and workflows
- Build and maintain integrations between platforms and APIs
- Support implementation of AI-assisted operational workflows
- Help integrate AI and automation systems into operational processes
- Manage analytics, tracking and reporting systems
- Support reporting, automation and operational efficiency
- Assist with technical setup of accounts, subscriptions and integrations
- Work with management on future system scalability and operational improvements
- Support website, tracking and technical troubleshooting when required
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Experience in several of the following:
- HubSpot CRM
- APIs and system integrations
- Google and Meta tracking & analytics systems
- Automation workflows
- AI tools and integrations
- JavaScript / technical web understanding
- CRM systems and operational workflows
