Our expertise includes block and open space management, financial and secretarial administration, maintenance, compliance management, and a 24/7 emergency service. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in Ballyclare, with some flexibility for remote work. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of a residential portfolio of approximately 35 developments within Down, Armagh and Fermanagh ensuring compliance with all regulations and delivering excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating property maintenance
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Liaising with clients and tenants
  • Organizing inspections
  • Addressing any concerns or emergencies promptly to maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Property Management and Maintenance Coordination experience, with knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing repairs
  • Financial Administration skills, including budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills to interact with clients, tenants, and service providers effectively
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to handle multiple tasks while addressing property needs and resolving issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Compliance in property management, including awareness of relevant regulations
  • Proficiency in administrative systems and property management software
  • A relevant qualification or background in property management, real estate, or a related field is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for on-site visits
