We are seeking an organised and pro-active individual with strong leadership and communication skills to manage our country sports offering, the site and the relevant teams at a modern diversified estate in Moray. The estate encompasses a large salmon fishery, a shoot, farming, forestry and properties. Separate teams manage events, weddings, a visitor attraction and café, and holiday cottage and castle bookings.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, financial and people management skills, together with detailed project and day to day planning acumen. Experience and enjoyment of country sports is essential. The ideal candidate will balance traditional estate values with a modern rural business focussed on sustainable practices, seamlessly ensuring its smooth running across all quite disparate but intertwined departments.
