At Gopuff, we don’t just deliver products; we deliver efficiency. Since 2013, we’ve pioneered the "Instant Needs" category, turning what used to be a 45-minute errand into a 15-minute solution. We are a tech-first, operationally obsessed engine that is fundamentally changing how the world shops. We value drive over pedigree and ego-less collaboration over competition. At Gopuff, data is for empowerment, not gatekeeping. We have zero room for arrogance, but infinite space for curiosity, grit, and a "no job too small" mindset. If you’re a high-performer who feels stifled by slow-moving corporate machines, this role is for you. You thrive in the "grey area" of ambiguity and are energised by the prospect of leaving a lasting mark on a disruptive industry.

You will:

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics by setting up new hire profiles in HR systems and partnering cross-functionally with IT to arrange equipment delivery.
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Carry out Right to Work checks to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Own data entry and maintain accurate employee records across HRIS platforms such as Cezanne and Workday, including promotions, address updates, and salary changes, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
  • Monitor and track employee absences, including annual leave and compassionate leave, ensuring compliance with Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) regulations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries relating to company policies and processes, including maternity leave and jury service.
  • Support employee experience and workplace culture initiatives through engagement surveys, wellbeing programs, and team events.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

You have:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or operational support is advantageous but not required.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong bias for action, high emotional intelligence, and a flexible, adaptable mindset.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working across systems and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Benefits:

  • We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision and mental health support to all eligible employees.
  • Company RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).
  • Gopuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals).
  • Annual performance appraisal and bonus.

Gopuff is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to an inclusive workplace where we do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or familial status, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
