At Gopuff, we aren’t just navigating the market; we are actively shaping it. Our growth is fuelled by high-velocity execution, bold experimentation, and a relentless refusal to accept the status quo. To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Founder's Associate – Special Projects. You will be handed the most critical, ambiguous, and high-stakes projects directly from the executive team. One week you might be diagnosing a supply chain bottleneck; the next, you could be building the financial model for a new market expansion or launching a stealth pilot. If you are a hyper-resourceful, analytically elite generalist who thrives in chaos and loves to build, this is your launchpad.
You will:
- Own the Unowned: Take highly ambiguous, top-priority strategic initiatives and turn them into execution-ready realities.
- Incubate & Pilot: Lead 0-to-1 special projects across product, operations, and growth. You will build the initial framework, prove the concept, and then scale.
- Cross-Functional Firefighting: Drop into different departments to diagnose systemic inefficiencies, unblock friction points, and implement rapid, data-backed solutions.
- Strategic Syntheses: Analyse complex datasets and market trends to build business cases for the company’s next big bets, presenting directly to the executive leadership team.
- Executive Leverage: Act as a force multiplier for senior leadership, helping prepare high-stakes materials for board meetings, key investor relations, and critical external partnerships.
You have:
- The Toolkit: 2–4 years of high-octane experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-paced strategy/operations role at a high-growth startup.
- Analytical Muscle: Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets is a must; SQL or data visualisation tools are a massive plus). You don't just pull data, you extract the story behind it.
- Extreme Ownership: A "no task too small, no challenge too big" mentality. You operate with total autonomy and possess the grit to see things through to completion.
- Elite Communication: The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from warehouse floor operators to board members, managing competing priorities with diplomacy and poise.
- Comfort with Chaos: An innate ability to pivot on a dime, structure the unstructured, and make high-quality decisions with speed.
This role is for you if:
- You’re a Swiss Army Knife: You get bored by routine and want to learn how every single cog in the business machine turns.
- You Want a Real-World MBA: You are eager to sit in the room where high-stakes decisions happen and see firsthand how a company scales.
- You are Optimally Impatient: You care deeply about quality, but you care equally about velocity. You prefer a bias for action over endless committee meetings.
- You’re Humbl-ish: You have the confidence to challenge the status quo and ask the hard questions, but the humility to roll up your sleeves and do the grunt work required to win.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and mental health support to all eligible employees.
- Company RSU’s (Restricted Stock Units).
- Gopuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals).
- Career growth opportunities.
- Annual performance appraisal and bonus.
