You will:
- Work directly with senior leadership to help scale and optimise Gopuff’s marketplace business across the UK through both strategic initiatives and operational execution.
- Own the execution and performance management of promotions, pricing, merchandising, and marketing across multiple marketplace platforms.
- Monitor marketplace performance daily, rapidly troubleshoot operational or commercial issues, and proactively implement solutions to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Build and maintain trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews to drive operational rigour and support strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct deep‑diving analyses on promotions, pricing, customer behaviour, and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial efficiency.
- Support commercial partnership management by coordinating with marketplace partners, contributing to negotiations, and helping optimise joint business opportunities and investments.
- Support P&L management by evaluating performance, monitoring investment efficiency, and helping ensure profitable allocation of promotional and marketing resources.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute high‑impact growth initiatives and improve marketplace performance.
You have:
- 1‑3 years of experience in a high‑growth startup, consulting, finance, e‑commerce, or commercial role.
- A natural problem‑solver with a strong bias for action and a flexible mindset.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with leading strategic planning and reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting partnership management, negotiating commercial initiatives, or driving profitable business growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts, trackers, and performance reporting.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
