Dija is on a mission to transform the way consumers do grocery shopping by offering the fastest delivery in London. We are looking for a team to build the future of delivering orders to customers in 10 minutes flat. Impress at our fast-growing start-up and there could be opportunities to grow with us.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with key decision makers, you will provide analytical insights to support decision making and their P&L impact.
- Work with stakeholders to determine strategic initiatives to drive the long-term growth of the business and be responsible for modelling the impact of those initiatives.
- Understand and influence the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line.
- Scenario modelling and business casing for multiple initiatives and layering this into financial planning.
- Be an active participant in cross-functional planning cycles, linking our strategy to operating and financial metrics.
- Provide proactive and high-quality analysis to support decision making.
- Gather and analyze large amounts of information to develop insightful strategic recommendations.
- Liaise with investors, handling information requests and preparing investor presentations.
- Work closely with the Director of Business Performance to translate operational performance and forecasts into financial models.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- Very strong relevant work experience (we would typically expect a minimum of four years' experience).
- Experience in a top-tier investment bank (at Associate level as a minimum) with advanced complex financial modelling and analytical skills (advanced Excel proficiency required).
- Experience in influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in sharing business narratives with executives.
- Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solver with the ability to effectively articulate findings.
