About Dija
Dija is on a mission to transform the way consumers do grocery shopping by offering the fastest delivery in London. We are looking for a team to build the future of delivering orders to customers in 10 minutes flat. Impress at our fast-growing start-up and there could be opportunities to grow with us.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will be working closely with key decision makers in the Growth team.
- You will provide analytical insights to support decision making, and you will impact customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximise the number of customers who use Dija in every neighbourhood we serve.
- Responsible for being the bridge between the central team and the Spanish market.
- Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels to ensure top-line growth and profitability.
- Own all forms of digital, physical, paid, and organic marketing channels, with an emphasis on paid social and Google Ads.
- Work closely with the Director of Growth to ensure that our acquisition efforts support the strategic objective of revenue growth.
- Manage agencies to optimise our advertising creatives.
- Create and evolve attribution models to support with budget maximisation.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience in digital marketing using Google Ads.
- Experience in managing promotional incentives to drive response whilst managing for retention impact.
- Strong verbal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively manage your own time and deliver by building trust and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making mentality.
