About Dija

Dija is on a mission to transform the way consumers do grocery shopping by offering the fastest delivery in London. We are looking for a team to build the future of delivering orders to customers in 10 minutes flat. Impress at our fast-growing start-up and there could be opportunities to grow with us.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a part of the central Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for the Spanish market.
  • You will transfer cross functional learnings, gather and understand business requirements, set and track the right KPIs for the Spanish business.
  • You will be alert to the local and global business strategy and support the management team to realise BI and Data developments that are needed to support end to end data delivery.
  • You will drive the creation and maintenance of a standard reporting landscape to ensure a correct usage of aligned KPIs and metrics.
  • You will develop, recommend, and execute automation, analytics and process improvement projects to increase Dija's data maturity.
  • You will be responsible for the on-time delivery of your team's projects, through creating a framework of accountability, and continuously optimizing your team's performance by promoting a culture of excellence, where best practices and industry standards are an everyday habit.
  • You will collaborate closely with other departments and senior stakeholders to digest problem statements through meaningful data based analytical insights, and drive concrete decision making for action.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Significant experience in a business intelligence analyst or similar role, preferably from a startup (we would typically expect a minimum of three years' experience).
  • Extremely proficient in PostgreSQL, Big Query, DBT and Excel.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Periscope, Metabase, Mode.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills in Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and skilled at working effectively with cross-functional and fast moving teams.
  • Ability to efficiently manage resources and track multiple projects simultaneously whilst working under pressure.
  • Need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic in a constructive and collaborative way.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and autonomous workstyle.
  • A data metric-focused mindset.
