GoPlayCoaching is a multi-sport youth development company delivering high-quality, play-based coaching experiences for children aged 4–12 across the U.K. and U.S. Built on the belief that children learn best through play, GoPlayCoaching provides engaging, game-like environments where young players develop confidence, skills, creativity, and a lifelong love of sport.

As a part-time Youth Soccer Coach at GoPlayCoaching, you will deliver engaging, high-quality sessions across our Little Kickers, Development Centre, and Private One-on-One Training programmes for players aged 4–12. You will play a key role in creating fun, inclusive, and player-centred environments where children can develop confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of the game. This role goes beyond traditional coaching. You will help design and deliver game-like learning experiences that encourage players to explore, make decisions, and solve problems through PLAY, underpinned by our coaching methodology and philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years coaching experience
  • Background checked (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging, high-energy sessions
  • Passion for player development and working with young athletes
  • Experience working in early years or youth development environments
  • Experience delivering 1-to-1 or small group sessions
  • Understanding of modern coaching methods and skill acquisition principles
