We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Live Shopping Talent Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing, prospecting, contracting, training, and managing our talented roster of Live Shopping presenters. You’ll ensure that our presenters embody the Go Places brand, connect with audiences, and drive successful live shopping events. Additionally, you’ll develop and implement reporting metrics to monitor presenter performance and continuously improve talent management processes. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys working with people, and is highly organised.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Management: Source and prospect new Live Shopping Presenter talent to represent Go Places’s brands across a variety of live shopping events. Oversee the contracting process, ensuring presenters understand the Go Places mission, requirements, and brand standards. Manage relationships with presenters, fostering a positive environment for their professional growth and performance enhancement.
  • Training & Development: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for new presenters, covering product knowledge, live selling techniques, and audience engagement. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance presenters’ effectiveness and confidence during live events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Managers to match presenters with the right brands based on their strengths and the brand’s needs. Ensure presenters are well-prepared with the necessary materials, scripts, and event details.
