Go Places is the UK's leading TikTok Shop agency. We run end-to-end social commerce for some of the country's most exciting consumer brands; across live shopping, affiliates, paid media, and branded content. We're around 50 people and growing fast.

About this role

This is an open application for early-career talent. Rather than recruiting for a single position, we are hiring across multiple entry-level roles in our Account Management, Live Shopping, and Operations teams. We will work with you through the interview process to identify the best fit based on your strengths, interests, and how you want to grow. Possible roles include (but are not limited to) Account Executive, Live Shopping Talent Coordinator, and Operations Executive. All of our entry-level roles share a common foundation: real client exposure from day one, structured development, and the chance to learn social commerce from the team building it.

What you might be doing

  • Account & client support: Supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in delivering high-quality service to brand partners. Preparing campaign assets, client reports, and presentation materials. Taking meeting notes and following up on action items with internal teams and clients. Scheduling promotions and keeping internal systems up to date.
  • Performance reporting: Pulling campaign and sales data to feed into client reports and presentations. Tracking campaign metrics and surfacing performance anomalies, trends, or successes.
  • TikTok Shop operations: Taking ownership of back-end brand operations in TikTok Shop Seller Center. Setting up new deals, promotions, and bundles, ensuring all configurations are correct and ready to perform. Managing SKU listings, including pricing updates, product uploads, and content tweaks. Troubleshooting listing or pricing errors in coordination with platform reps and internal teams.
  • Live Shopping talent: Sourcing and prospecting Live Shopping presenters to represent our brands. Managing the contracting process and onboarding presenters to the Go Places way of working. Supporting presenter training across product knowledge, live selling techniques, and audience engagement. Coordinating with the Live Shopping Production team to make sure presenters arrive prepared with scripts, materials, and event details. Tracking presenter performance metrics and feeding insights back to the Strategy team.

Who you are

  • Organised and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple priorities, schedules, and documents without dropping balls.
  • A clear communicator. You write well, present clearly, and can give and receive feedback.
  • Comfortable with numbers. You are not intimidated by a spreadsheet or a performance report.
  • Personable and collaborative. You build relationships easily, internally and externally.
  • Curious and fast-learning. You actually use TikTok, you have opinions about what works on it, and you pick things up quickly.
  • Reliable. You do what you say you will do.
  • Either some experience in marketing, e-commerce, content, or operational support roles, and/or a university degree.
  • Genuine passion for TikTok, social media, and consumer brands.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working at an early-stage start-up or scale-up.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or live shopping.
  • Experience in talent management, customer service, or similar relationship-led roles.
  • Basic understanding of social commerce as a category.
