You'll direct, manage a small team of Creator Strategists, and act as the go-to creator expert for brand partners. You'll work closely with our Head of Creators to help shape creator strategy across the wider team.
You don't need to come in knowing TikTok Shop creators inside out. We're just as interested in strong performance marketing or paid social operators from agency or D2C brand backgrounds.
