Goosea Cleaning is a local Cardiff company cleaning homes and workplaces, and we’re looking for an experienced cleaner to lead our growing team. We find the clients; you help make sure every clean is done to a high standard.
You’ll clean alongside the team at homes, offices, gyms and communal areas across Cardiff. You’ll also carry out quality checks on completed cleans, help train and support new cleaners, cover cleans when someone is off, look after keys and access securely, and keep products and equipment stocked. You’ll be the main point of contact for the team and work closely with the owner to keep clients happy.
£16 per hour, plus workplace pension and paid holiday. Flexible part-time hours, with scope to grow as the business grows.
Previous cleaning experience is required, ideally including some time leading or supervising others. A DBS check is required.
