Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of Goose & Gander’s marketing function. This is a senior leadership role with ownership of marketing operations across ecommerce, paid media, CRM & email, and social channels. You’ll be responsible for translating high-level brand and growth strategy - shaped alongside the CEO and founders into clear plans, calendars, and deliverables that the marketing team can execute brilliantly. Balancing hands‑on execution with strategic planning, you’ll ensure consistent, impactful messaging across every customer touchpoint, driving meaningful engagement, footfall, and sustainable revenue growth across ecommerce, retail stores, events, and concession partners. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the day‑to‑day marketing team across ecommerce, paid media, CRM & email, and social, ensuring clarity of priorities, ownership, and delivery.
- Act as the operational lead for marketing, translating strategic direction from the CEO and founders into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and manage an integrated marketing calendar covering ecommerce, retail, events, launches, and campaigns.
- Own and grow ecommerce performance in partnership with ecommerce and trading teams, ensuring all marketing activity is aligned to commercial goals.
- Oversee day‑to‑day digital marketing execution across site, campaigns, and channels, using data and insight to optimise traffic, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead performance across paid digital channels, working with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient, scalable growth.
- Work with CRM and email marketing manager to define strategy and track execution, through delivering strong lifecycle marketing, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring content, messaging, and tone are consistent, on‑brand, and aligned to wider marketing objectives.
- Work closely with creative teams to deliver compelling storytelling that resonates with our audience across all channels.

- Measure, report on, and continuously optimise marketing performance using customer insight, engagement metrics, and commercial results.
