拥有建筑学或设计相关专业本科或硕士学历，具有良好的中英文写作和翻译能力；具有良好的审美意识和平面设计能力，有一定的建筑理论涉猎，对建筑与文化传播抱有兴趣；严谨对待文字和图纸，有责任心且善于沟通，有良好的建筑理解力、归纳能力、图纸整理能力；擅长视频、图像类的AI工作流；配合项目团队完成作品集排版、项目图纸整理、文案撰写及翻译、网站及微信公众号更新、项目专题研究、学术讲座整理、展览策划等工作；配合商务工作，包括日常接待及客户维护，协助完成服务建议书、项目理解、招投标文件、合同文书等相关任务。
