RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd is looking for a Warehouse Operative to support the safe and efficient movement, storage and dispatch of finished goods. The role involves stock control, vehicle loading and unloading, forklift operation and day-to-day warehouse support while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and housekeeping.
Key responsibilities, skills and experience
- Move, store and dispatch finished goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Operate a forklift truck safely and complete daily safety inspections before use.
- Accurately log, locate and store finished goods within designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring products are handled and secured correctly.
- Maintain stock accuracy through careful recording, checking and communication.
- Follow SOPs, warehouse procedures and safe working methods at all times.
- Support warehouse and transport activities to meet customer and business requirements.
- Report safety, stock, material, equipment or housekeeping issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
- Forklift experience or certification is desirable.
