RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd is looking for a Production Operator to safely and efficiently set up and operate an automated sheet-fed Eterna die press.
This role is key to producing high-quality die-cut corrugated packaging products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key responsibilities, skills and experience
- Set up and operate the automated sheet-fed Eterna die press safely and efficiently.
- Follow SOPs, job instructions, product specifications and safe working methods at all times.
- Monitor machine performance, production output and product quality throughout production runs.
- Carry out quality checks and identify defects, machine issues or process concerns promptly.
- Complete production records, job paperwork and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment around the machine area.
- Report safety, quality, material, machine or maintenance issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and customer deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
