You’ll be carrying out EICR testing and inspection in occupied social housing properties, with the opportunity to complete minor remedial works during visits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works where required
- Replacing or identifying faulty/missing detectors
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: Smoke alarms (hallways/landings), Heat detectors (kitchens), CO detectors (gas appliance rooms)
