About The Role:

We are hiring Domestic Electrician / Electrical Testers with experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing within social housing or occupied residential properties. You will be working on behalf of Housing Associations across Northern Ireland, delivering large-scale EICR programmes and associated remedial works. We have a strong pipeline of long-term contracts, offering consistent and guaranteed work, career development and the opportunity to grow with an expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out EICR testing and electrical inspections in domestic properties.
- Complete electrical remedial works.
- Carry out fault finding and diagnostics.
- Undertake communal electrical works where required.
- Replace detectors where required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and company standards.
- Work professionally and respectfully within occupied properties.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with tenants and clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS Card, or willingness to obtain one.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification, or willingness to book and work towards obtaining it.
- Previous experience as a qualified electrician.
- Experience carrying out EICRs / electrical testing.
- A professional approach and good customer service skills.
