The Role

You’ll be carrying out EICR testing and inspection in occupied social housing properties, with the opportunity to complete minor remedial works during visits.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
  • Carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works where required
  • Replacing or identifying faulty/missing detectors
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations:
    • Smoke alarms (hallways/landings)
    • Heat detectors (kitchens)
    • CO detectors (gas appliance rooms)
What You’ll Need
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification
  • 2391 Test & Inspect (or equivalent)
  • ECS / CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in domestic or social housing testing (preferred)
