Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
- 5 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

As a UX Engineer, you\\\’ll work on the front end of our products in a challenging, fast-paced environment, helping to bridge UX best practices and production execution. You’ll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user facing technologies to enable efficient, high quality execution and communications and launch innovative features to a global audience.
As a UX Engineer on the Cloud Demo Engineering team, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining web front-end for Google Cloud Demos that will be utilized for the entire technical field organization, high-level events (NEXT, executive roundtables, etc), and Cloud Space briefing centers. You will also collaborate with the Cloud Demo Platform engineering team to help develop and maintain the go/demos site.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Architect reusable demos and demo building blocks using mastery of JavaScript, Typescript and Sass.
- Develop compelling demonstrations of Google Cloud capabilities across AI, data, and core infrastructure for multiple industries.
- Develop web front-end demos for Go-to-Market (GTM) technical resources.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure Cloud demos are brand compliant, scalable and performant.
