• Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience in product design or UX/UI animation.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Experience with Adobe creative suite.
• Experience using UX industry tools such as Figma.
• Preferred qualifications
• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 4 years of experience leading design projects.
• 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
• Experience with 3D and vector animation (Lottie).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188,000 - $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to create motion mocks and define system patterns that enhance the Android user experience.
• Drive consensus and influence the design decisions of multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Partner with content designers and researchers to evaluate design directions and up‑level quality.
• Leverage AI tools to build interactive prototypes and multiply solutions.
