- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Digital Media or Digitial Advertising.
- Knowledge of Google’s ads solutions and platforms, including AI-powered ads products.
- Ability to demonstrate investigative and tactical problem-solving, and communicate solutions.
- Excellent operational skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress and adapt quickly across cross-functional workstreams.
About The Job
The Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Product Strategy and Operations team partners with GCAS Sales to build the sales activation strategy that will drive business growth, adoption of AI-powered ads and measurement solutions. We are a global team who partners with regional GTM, GPS and sales to ensure our ads solutions help solve marketing issues for the key advertisers and agencies.
In this role, you will drive cross-product initiatives that enables GCAS sales to partner with global clients and agencies to accelerate their business outcomes on Google’s ad platforms. You will collaborate closely with GCAS GTM, GCAS sales and regional GTM to ensure effective business enablement, build business and product insights and support deployment of our sales plays across GCAS.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google\’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Build Business Forecast Meeting(BFM) and product performance trends, insights and operational for progress tracking across all priority product areas for GCAS sales.
- Support deployment of sales plays across GCAS, ensuring cohesive go-to-market strategy Cross-functional Product Area (x-PA) and tools/process to execute.
- Collaborate across the GCAS GTM team to execute annual product planning, prioritize and identify product growth drivers.
- Scale sales enablement efforts across GCAS, including strategy and planning for our sales product communities.
