Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies for a portfolio of You Tube creators, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging You Tube Analytics effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
- Guide creators on best practices for You Tube business generation, including Ad business and alternative business generation products (channel memberships, super chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address creator needs.
