Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in global channel management or partner program operations within an enterprise environment.
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience analyzing data, creating reports and building data visualization.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Lead the standardization of Partner Business Planning (PBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), implement performance monitoring frameworks to track partner health and Return on Investment (ROI) globally.
- Develop strategic account plans for partners and jointly identify new business opportunities, focus areas and sales/marketing initiatives.
- Pilot high-impact projects designed to boost sales efficiency, harvesting regional ideas to be executed as global initiatives.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the Partner Development Team, the GTM Team, and Regional Leadership to ensure program alignment and seamless operational execution.
- Design and execute the global roadmap for Partner Enablement, delivering comprehensive training across Products, Programs, and functional roles (Sales, Account Management, etc.) to ensure a high-performing ecosystem.
