About the job:

As a Senior Product Deployment Engineer within gTech, you will be a key advisor to Google’s customers and serve as the definitive regional service authority for a specific product area. You will work as part of a team providing complex measurement implementation for Google’s top enterprise advertising clients.

You will be the bridge between “what a customer wants” and “what gTech Ads has to offer” within the Measurement area, whether via the standing Menu of Service or our gTech Ads engineering capabilities. You will require a deep understanding of the gTech Ads Menu of Service, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product strategies and high quality technical-product specifications that address complex business issues. You will bridge the gap between media consultancy and engineering, ensuring that Google’s gTech Ads engineering capabilities are deployed for business issues that directly activate customer business and drive campaign performance. You will be the regional authority on how technical product maturity leads to advanced marketing outcomes.

Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers’ complex needs. Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional product leads and sales to assess customer marketing objectives, technical maturity, infrastructure, and first-party data management strategies.

  • Lead technical consultations to uncover opportunities for custom solutions, ensuring designs respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into clear system architectures and technical specifications that prioritize scalability, reusability, and media activation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing technical-product oversight during implementation, ensuring the engineering build aligns with customer strategy while deferring base-code decisions to Engineering.
