Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain within the hardware, e-commerce, telco, consumer electronics or fashion industry.
- Experience building confidence forecasts that incorporate baseline models, promo/event lifts, pricing elasticity, new product introductions, channel insights, and participant analysis.
- Experience in spreadsheet software, including Google Sheets or similar, with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain consensus driven demand forecasts (weekly, quarterly, annual) in close collaboration with sales, demand planning, GTM and finance.
- Lead weekly performance reviews, analyse sales data against forecasts, and communicate insights and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on demand scenarios and product mix strategies to inform planning and bottoms-up forecasting.
- Improve sales planning processes; focusing on forecast accuracy, KPI refinement, driving and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the annual planning cycle at the cluster level, analyse trends and contribute to the development of business targets aligned with company objectives.
