- Minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

- Develop, coordinate, lead, and facilitate scalable planning processes for key regional decision-makers. Serve as the first-line planning POC between regional and central teams.
- Support quota deployment with Business Performance Lead and RSOs.
Run end-to-end audits ensuring GTM alignment (organization setup, territories, segmentation, quotas, comp) and manage exceptions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (comp, central planning, finance, analytics teams, etc.) to represent the EMEA South perspective in global GTM discussions.
- Manage in-year cadence for EMEA South with regards to Policy and Operations.
Partner closely with Field Sales Managers to align on GTM guidelines, set clear operational expectations, coordinate escalations and communicate complex updates, with transparency and clarity.
- Streamline and automate existing processes to reduce friction and improve the efficiency of the EMEA South sales organization.
