About the Job
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively across teams and time zones. Your projects will often span multiple offices and regions, requiring coordination and proactive communication to ensure successful delivery. Our Technical Infrastructure team builds and maintains the architecture that powers Google's online products, from data centers to next-generation platforms. We are dedicated to reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement to provide the best experience for users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an annual learning and development strategy focused on organizational resilience across all EMEA locations.
- Collaborate with facility leaders to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Create and deliver engaging training materials using various modalities (e-learning, video, AI, workshops, simulations).
- Partner with the workforce strategy team to incorporate resilience principles into new site launches (e.g., Project Point-Nemo).
- Identify resilience risks in new site development and develop mitigation strategies.
