Minimum qualifications:

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners. As a Partner Solution Architect, you will serve as the pre-sales solution design authority for our priority Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA. You will operate strictly ring-fenced from Global System Integrator engagements, you will be the ecosystem co-pilot to Google Cloud's Account Platform Customer Engineers, where the Account Platform CE owns the direct customer relationship and strategy, you will own your partner's technical capability to successfully deliver it. You will move from regional advisory to deep, domain-specific execution (AI, Data, or Infrastructure) to capture the pre-sales gap, deflecting post-sales delivery. You will work in close collaboration with the Partner Development Managers responsible for the Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs) and Strategic Partners in your sub-region to create, drive and execute a joint business plan, focusing on most impactful engagements across your sub-region and contribute to Partner Community in your domain of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Drive VIP, red-carpet bootcamps and hackathons for your partners to accelerate business cycles and to ensure high-quality on time delivery, driving a successful path to consumption.
- Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support for RSIs and strategic partners in South, acting as a technical peer to Account CEs to unblock complex agreements or customize partner activation.
- Be responsible for the tech review and validation of highest impact Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure a strict path to production and secure Partner funding Return on Investment (ROI).
- Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets (e.g., functional AI demos).
- Lead deep-dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community to broadcast enablement 1-to-many.
- Contribute to building, running and maintaining EMEA Partner Tech Community.
